Privacy Policy — FlashLearn

Scope

This policy covers the FlashLearn mobile app and flashlearn.alyesapps.com (including the teacher portal). Publisher: Alyes Apps.

Mobile app — data on your device

Most learning data (progress, imported lessons, settings, Remove Ads status) is stored locally on your device until you delete the app or clear its storage.

Mobile app — server data

If you sign in with Google or Apple, or continue as a guest, we store an account on our servers (name, email when provided by the sign-in provider, identifiers, weekly leaderboard scores). Guest sessions use a device-linked identifier.

Teacher portal

When you sign in at /teacher with Google we receive your name, email, and profile image. We store quizzes, session metadata, and data needed to run live rooms.

Advertising and purchases

The free mobile version may show Google AdMob banner ads. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google; we do not receive payment card details.

How we use data

We use information to authenticate you, sync scores, save quizzes, run live sessions, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account from the mobile Profile screen or at /teacher/profile. If you schedule deletion and do not sign in within 7 days, server data is permanently removed. See /legal/account-deletion for details.
